I’m already an Epic Meal Time fan girl, but this episode takes the cake. I actually want to eat everything they’ve made (which may be a first), and I want to go home and make them ASAP. Candy/Rice Krispie Treat burger, cookie dough steak, and Kit-Kat “fries” fried in a cotton candy batter. Are you kidding me? Get in my belly.
If you live in the LA area, drop everything you’re doing (seriously), and head down to Tempest Academy right now. This is one of the coolest looking Parkour gyms I’ve seen, complete with Super Mario themed obstacles and a foam pit! And the Tempest Freerunning team are amazing as they show off their skills in this video:
If you do go check it out, post a photo/video of yourself on our Facebook wall. We’d love to see you!
Guys, confession time. I’m not a LOTR fan. Yeah, it’s nice and award-winning and all. But fantasy just doesn’t quite do it the same as sci-fi for me. And LOTR is LONG. Like, REALLY long.
This, however? This I like.
It’s all pretty and musical and short! Now go do a little Hobbit dance and get yourself psyched for the weekend.
NBC is premiering a new superhero drama on Sunday, called “The Cape”.
It looks like there are mixed reviews leading up to it, and if you just listen to the trailer, it sounds like a cop drama (probably because the main character is a former cop).
If you MUST have context, it looks like these photos/video were created by Dan Saelinger for the current issue of Fortune magazine. Apparently to get the right shot, 10 Xbox 360s and 8 Xbox controllers were destroyed. (gulp!)
