GTA for the Kinect?

…Just check out the video. (NSFW for language!)

Ahh, now that’s some good clean gaming fun, courtesy of Zaxy lady Kristina, and one of my BFFs Sara.

Now, I’m pretty excited to give the Kinect a try, but it’s because I know the Kinect isn’t meant for hard-core gamers. If you want to try out some new technology and have a good time, try it. If you want to play an intense game, it probably won’t be your console.

But I do love these videos, courtesy of LaughPong. I had the pleasure of being in some that will be released soon, such as Kinect: Dancing with the Hoff, and Kinect: Halo. Just wait.

Check out more Kinect spoofs at Youtube.com/laughpong and let me know what game YOU would want to see played on Kinect!

Parkour!

I’m sure you’ve all seen Parkour of some form by now. If not, check the internets. They has it.

But I came across this gem today–Parkour from 1930!

I had the privilege of trying Parkour for the first time this weekend as part of Seattle’s CIty Chase, and a lot of the main techniques are very similar to what this guy is doing. Also, I can barely move. Parkour kicked my butt. And when you’re trying it for the first time on cement, railings, and trees, you don’t move too fast. I was terrified of plummeting to my concrete death!

If you live in the Seattle area and want to give Parkour a try in a safer environment, check out the Parkour Visions Gym, or sign up for one of their classes!

Zaxy Zombie Video!

Take a look at the video of my and Britt’s experience at the Red, White, and Dead walk in Fremont. It was so much fun!

The Dr. Pepper guy was my fave.

Take a look at Britt’s post for pics from the event here!

What object would you go for in Dead Rising? (Hint: The handgun is not a good choice.)

D&D Monster Man, Will You Be My BFF?

This may be the best thing I’ve ever seen.

I know, I know. I say that all the time. But seriously. I thought this was going to be awful. I dreaded watching it. But oh. my. gosh. I want to BFF this man, and make him DM for me all the time.

AMAZING.

What was your favorite monster? Do you have a great impression of a D&D Monster? I wanna see!

Musical Talent + Video Games = Genius

Your parents paid for classical music training. You went to the lessons, but the whole time you were waiting to get home to play your Super Nintendo. Now you have great musical knowledge, and a passion for gaming. What to do?

Spend all of your free time making one of these amazing songs.

Check out the amazing skills of this guy who Violins his way through Super Mario Bros.!

And don’t forget the next-Justin-Bieber who created a great one-man rendition of the Pokemon theme. (Because the only thing sadder than creating an acapella version of the Pokemon theme is creating it by yourself…)

All kidding aside, these kids are darn impressive. I’m glad to see they’re putting their training to good use!

Your New Girlfriend: Paintball Girl

I’ve never seen anyone so excited for a paintball gun. And I’m under the firm belief that someone that can change emotions this quickly and extremely should never be allowed near guns of ANY type.

I can safely say she could take me in a paintball game.

Teen Wolf is Real?

Wow. A group of teenagers were able to combine Furries, Goths, and Twilight Fans all into one:

Wolfie Blackheart. Dreamboat.

Let’s just say that local news shows ALWAYS make a big deal about this kind of thing, but they seemed to have a bit of compassion for these kids. Even they know that they’re not planning on causing too much trouble. But still, you’re not looking for attention? Of course you’re not, hon.

Do you have any members of Team Jacob werewolves in your school?

Movie Monday: Street Fighter Legacy

This fan made Street Fighter trailer is arguably better than any of the actual Street Fighter movies. Enjoy.

Check out Street Fighter: Legacy’s YouTube channel for behind the scenes clips on the fight design, costume, and makeup!

(Special thanks to ZombieJack for the link!)

EDIT:

Here’s another fan-made video, brought to my attention by both Tekknight and Sesh_ . Which one do you like best?
