This is a video of a chick that totally nails the plot of Star Wars without even having seen the movie. It’s unbelievable! Talk about one in a million! It’s like she has psychelepathy or something!
Okay not really. This animated movie is the Star Wars plot, narrated by a girl who has never seen the movie and couldn’t be farther from being correct. It’s pretty funny, but really, it just makes me want to glue some headphones playing Weird Al Yankovic’s – The Saga Begins to her ears. That’ll teach her right!
To celebrate, take a look at these Star Wars activities:
Death Star Pinata Defeat the Death Star and get candy! Best day ever.
Yoda Soda 1. Put a scoop of lime sherbet in a glass. 2. Top with Sprite (or Mountain Dew if you’re like Jill.) 3. Feel the force growing stronger. Delish!
Everyone has a place in their home where they like to watch TV, go on the computer, watch movies and play video games. The greatest way to arrange your house is so you can have all those activities in one room, “The Gamer Room.” Whether it’s your living room, bedroom, den or playroom, the gamer room is the sanctuary of your house. Your personal kingdom! Here are some cool things that would make anyone jealous (me especially) of your beloved gaming haven!
Okay seriously, whoever came up with this product is a GENIUS. A LIGHTSABER NIGHTLIGHT?!?!?!?! There is not one thing about that sentence that doesn’t make perfect sense! Why didn’t I think of that! I must have one, but they are only available for pre-order right now. Being that I’m terrified of the dark (side) I don’t know how long I can make it. Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi, you’re my only hope!
What would happen if the rebellion tried to take over planet Endor? The Ewoks wouldn’t stand for it!! GRAB YOUR STICKS AND FIGHT BACK LITTLE ONES! An alternate plot from Return Of The Jedi of Ewoks at war with the rebel alliance.
The awesome part about this video is that my brother made it in our living room inbetween his studies… *TEAR* I’M SO PROUD!
Lucasfilm is reportedly developing a Star Wars animated comedy series with the “Robot Chicken” team. No network has been mentioned yet, but I wouldn’t surprised if this was a Comedy Central or Adult Swim kind of thing.
As Seth Green, one of the Robot Chicken creators said, “The ‘Star Wars’ universe is so dense and rich; it’s crazy to think that there aren’t normal, mundane everyday problems in a world so well-defined. What do these characters do when they’re not overthrowing empires?”
What do you think about a Star Wars animated comedy?
I personally think that there’s only room for one animated comedy space series in this Universe, and Futurama’s got it.
I’m sure you’ve seen a “New York” parody or two by now, but this one takes the cake:
Who would have thought the stormtroopers could dance like that when they can barely run without falling down? (And I love Leia’s buns being rocked like headphones!)
This is one of those things where you look at it, laugh and say “oh my gosh thats SO true!” LOL. Ohh man. Star Wars and Star Trek feuds never get old. Click here to see the FULL chart with Avatar, Firefly & LOST
