Oh, prom. A lovely right of passage that I’m assuming most of you tried with all your might to avoid.
Well, you wouldn’t want to avoid it if your date let you ride in this:
Imagine waiting for the doors to rise and let you and your date out. You saunter into the gym, knowing you’re the man. Beautiful.
This photo came from the Delorean Club of Ohio. I’m not sure if they own the limo or if they just like looking at pictures of it, but I would SO go to prom with you if this limo was involved. Just saying.
And in all seriousness, prom is a right of passage, and it is really stupid, but it’s good to say you did it. Instead of spending money on a boring, fancy dinner, My date and I went to Chuck E Cheese with a group of friends. And it was amazing until he got stuck in one of the tubes. We had so much fun, we went to our prom late, prizes in hand. Do something inexpensive and cheap that will make for fun memories and express your personality–have a big game tournament at your house before or after, or dress up in formal versions of your favorite characters!

Darn. I’m about 16 years too late to get that for prom. Watch out if I ever become a millionaire, though. I’ll ride to work every day in that FREAKING. AWESOME. CAR!!!!

David it not too late. There is the Senior Prom 2011 to do that at. Man Marty and DOC must of worked All year on that one. Too Bad that was not the Time Machine DeLorean.. Best Three Movies to Date about a Man and his Car.
I went to 2, one at 11th and one at 12th. The only reason I went to one in 11th was because at my school the 11th graders planned the prom for 12th. Both were boring with no dates or after party
Never went to my prom. I think I may have gone to a Yankee game or some other sporting event that day now that I really think about it lol
Went to prom. Danced for about ten minutes, and then spent the rest of the time chatting with a guy I had a crush on about which actors should play the cast of Order of the Stick, were a movie based on it ever made. I had a lovely time. In other news, dressing up as formal versions of your characters is a brilliant idea. I’m thinking of some of my Genius characters in particular… Nothing says prom like brass goggles and a fancy-dress labcoat!
