I received a lovely little package from Gamer Food last week, and couldn’t wait to try their energy bars. These bars are healthy, full of caffeine, and have names inspired by some of your favorite games.
When I first bit into the cookie dough-flavored bar, I was a bit surprised. This isn’t a candy bar replacement. This is uber healthy, and a bit tangy. Although it doesn’t quite compare to a handful of real cookie dough, it definitely makes me feel better. (Seriously. I’ve eaten a tube of cookie dough before. Delicious at the moment, regrettable for the rest of the night.) Almost all of the ingredients (including the vanilla extract) are organic, and there’s nothing listed in the ingredients that I don’t recognize.
If you and your Gamer friends are interested in taking a break from pizza and cheetos and want a healthier (and less messy) option for snacking while gaming, then this is the thing for you.
