Are you a loyal minion of Microsoft? Are you friends with a minion of Sony? Are you constantly hearing, “Sony doesn’t charge for PSN nyaaa nyaaa” from said minion-friend?
Well, prepare to hear of it a lot more.
Starting November 1st, the cost of Xbox Live Gold memberships will increase in Canada, Mexico, UK and US.
While I will leave you to fight your own battles, you can head over here until October 31st if you want to purchase an XBL Gold membership for 40 bucks.

the only ones who should be upset are the people who just joined for a year or those who recently renewed. otherwise don’t see what the big deal is about, you can lock-in now till 10.31.10 for 12months at 39.99 ($10 cheaper than the current price), they are basically telling you a yr in advance that the price is going up. slow down internet.
Another fail for Microsoft. That’s why I’ve stuck with Sony, their consoles may be priced higher, but the Online’s free!
Microsoft and Apple both are full of $#!7 anyhow, I just wish Microsoft would pull some freebies out of their asses for us long dedicated fans since their heads are already permanently lodged deep in their colons.
come on microsoft…you’ve got to be kidding me….and sonys PS3 is like the lamest gaming consle to come onto the market in 15 yrs. its evil and it sucks
